Shipping and Handling

When you order premium shoes from Cheslers of a value of $100.00 and over (not including taxes) Cheslers will ship them free via Canada Post expedited service.
Free shipping only applies to orders in Canada. Free shipping only to Canadian Ground Orders (excluding Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut).

Cheslers offers 3 reliable options for delivery anywhere in Canada and Continental USA. A flat shipping rate (where applicable) is applied to the entire order regardless of the number of products shipped.

• Canada Post - Expedited Service: Packages sent within Canada are estimated to arrive within 3 - 10 business days* from order date (*Rural addresses generally take 10-14 business days).
  

• UPS Standard and UPS Expedited Service: Packages sent UPS Standard within Canada are estimated to arrive within 3 - 6 business days from order date (*Rural addresses generally take longer 7-12 business days).

• Packages shipped UPS Expedited are estimated to take 1-3 days.

Orders shipping to the USA may take longer, due to US Customs, and cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will be notified via a confirmation email with a tracking number for your order.

Terms and Conditions
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, postal route addresses or apartments. Please provide an alternate address so that packages can be delivered between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Terms: approved credit card on site in Canadian dollars.

This shipping policy is for website sales only. Free Shipping over $100.00 does not apply when purchases are made from one of the physical store locations.
